I hear that this place gets packed on the weekends we went on a Wednesday night and had no trouble getting in and had a great service from Hutch. The highlight of the night was a cherry infused bourbon that he mixed with a house made/scratch made cherry soda that maybe the best cocktail I ever had! I also had a killer Gin & Tonic. Through a series of questions and taste samples, Hutch helped me narrow down my choices and made me a series of fantastic cocktails. I have to say that Hutch has to be one of the best (if not the best) bartender in the US! When we walked into the bar, I was not sure what to ordered and was a little overwhelmed by my choices. He is a wealth of knowledge about the history of bartending and drinks. He is the Alton Brown of bartenders and regaled us with fascinating explanations about how they craft the spirts and how he creates the recipes for the cocktails that he makes. Hutch is a wealth of knowledge and an absolutely excellent bartender. ![]() Our night was made even more memorable by Hutch our bartender. There is a lot of thought and care put into the creation of the spirits and the cocktails. ![]() All of the drinks are made with their own on-site distilled spirits some of which are infused with various fruits and herbs. I had an absolutely great time and the cocktails are unbelievably good. Went here for drinks with a business colleague after a really good Tapas dinner in downtown Denver Mile High Spirits does not serve food. ![]()
